*Event insurance, typically costing around $100, is required for all events hosted at Redland Family Farm.

please consider the following when planning your event at Redland family farm:

A Day Of Event Coordinator is required for all weddings. Please see our preferred vendor list for recommendations.

Redland has a curfew of 10:30pm, and no noise is permied past 10:30pm that can be heard more than 50 feet from the barn or hangar. There is a family that lives on site, so we require this in consideration of them.

We prefer that you use a reputable and known caterer and have a list of preferred vendors - Special consideraons can be made, but must be approved by the venue. All caterers must provide a certificate of insurance, please email to hello@redlandfamilyfarm.com

If Redland receives notice of cancellaon less than eight months prior to the Event, a refund of 25% will be issued to Lessee. *Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed, and an outcome will be determined on a case by case basis.

Lessee shall carry liability insurance for the date(s) of the Event with limits of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit bodily injury and property damage. Your liability insurance must cover “host liquor.” Addional information regarding liability insurance to be provided in event contract. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured caterer and follow all OLCC rules and regulations.

Lessee shall furnish the required cerficate and endorsement no later than two weeks prior to the event. The event will not take place if Lessee’s insurance is not received prior to the event.

A deposit of 50% of the total event fee is required to hold your event date, with remainder of fee due six months before event. If venue is booked within six months of event, payment in full is required.
